Historical Memory
Many years after the a atomic bomb, people created paintings, sculptures, projects, organizations, books and many more to create a historical memory of the Hiroshima atomic bomb. Although most buildings and the city were rebuilt they left one building untouched in memory and made a peace park with Sadako' s statue and paper cranes made by members from the folded crane club. The paintings most people made of the bomb was filled with depression, loneliness, and hardship. The colors were mostly red, black, some brown, and orange. It showed how desperate the people were as they were burnt.
